Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and how refunds work. It sits alongside Paddle's Buyer Terms, as Paddle is our Merchant of Record.
1. Free Trial
New organizations may start with a 7-day free trial on Solo-tier limits. No payment is taken during the trial, so there is nothing to refund for the trial period itself. When the trial ends, you may choose a paid plan to continue; if you do not, your public chatbots may be deactivated in line with the trial's plan rules. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you actively choose a paid plan and complete checkout.
2. Subscriptions & Renewals
Paid plans (Solo and Team) are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. A renewal charge is taken at the start of each new period. We will tell you in advance of any price change, and any change takes effect at your next renewal.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which public chatbots are deactivated according to your plan, while your account and its data remain subject to our retention policy. You may also be able to manage or request help with your subscription through Paddle's buyer support or order support portal.
4. Refund Eligibility — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first paid subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund of that first payment within 14 days of the payment date. If the request is eligible, we will approve a refund through Paddle.
This guarantee applies only to subscription fees paid for AIBotLab. It does not cover charges billed to you directly by OpenAI for your own API usage, which are outside our control.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
5. How Refunds Are Processed (Paddle as Merchant of Record)
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and processes all payments and refunds. You can request a refund from us or directly through Paddle; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are issued promptly once approved, though the time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including any withdrawal rights handled by Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation help, contact us through our Contact page — or request help through Paddle where available — and include the email address on your account and, if you have it, your Paddle order or receipt number. We will respond as quickly as we can.
